Why was EZ-Confirm developed?
On July 1, 2002, the United States Postal Service® expanded the use of Delivery Confirmation™ and Signature Confirmation™ services to include First-Class Mail® parcels. A parcel is defined by the United States Postal Service® as any piece greater than 3/4 inch thick at its thickest point. EZ-Confirm combined this new postal regulation with existing patent pending technologies to offer business mailers an exciting postage saving opportunity.

Our service utilizes United States Postal Service® First-Class Mail®, which averages delivery within 1 to 4 days. When you compare our cost with the price you currently pay on a variety of proof of delivery services, you quickly uncover dramatic postage saving opportunities. Use EZ-Confirm in place of express carrier services (FedEx®, UPS™, DHL™) and traditional Certified MailTM with Return Receipt. What is the difference between Delivery Confirmation™ and Signature Confirmation™?
Delivery Confirmation™ provides our customers with the day, date, and time a mail piece was mailed and delivered. Signature Confirmation™ provides the same tracking data as Delivery Confirmation™, along with the name and signature of the individual who received the mail piece. Recipient names and signatures can easily be accessed and viewed on EZ-Confirm.
What equipment is required to utilize the EZ-Confirm service?
We have designed our service to utilize equipment that is readily available in most companies. The only required hardware includes a computer with Internet access, an inkjet or laser printer, and a postage meter. By eliminating the need to purchase or lease additional equipment and software, EZ-Confirm is able to pass along more postage savings to our customers.
What supplies are required to utilize the EZ-Confirm service?
As described above, a mail piece must meet United States Postal Service® parcel requirements in order to qualify for the Delivery Confirmation™ and Signature Confirmation™ services. Our approved ParcelPak container includes a 9" x 12" poly envelope with a sturdy, lightweight 1" cube insert. This allows our customers to meet the United States Postal Service® requirements without adding unnecessary weight and cost. Our tamper and weather proof envelope combines a transparent front with an opaque back, which allows for streamline addressing. Utilizing EZ-Confirm's Certified Mail™ service requires the use of our approved Certified Mailers. These double-window envelopes are equipped with a green Certified MailTM endorsement. Our Certified Mailers are available in three different sizes: #10 (Letter Size), 6" x 9", and/or 9" x 12".
What will it cost my company to use EZ-Confirm?
Unlike most software and hardware solutions, EZ-Confirm does NOT require an initial capital investment, binding lease agreements or never-ending annual fees. Our customers only pay for transactions. This provides customers with our approved envelopes, unlimited customer support, and access to our password protected website for mail processing and tracking. The correct United States Postal Service® First-Class Mail® postage must be affixed to the outside of our envelope before mailing. Our customers understand that the total cost per transaction with EZ-Confirm never gets close to the savings (both time and money) you generate by using our service.
